We ship worldwide. Items not available for immediate dispatch are generally shipped within 4–5 weeks from the order date, unless they are custom-made products or items with special finishes, in which case we will inform you of the delivery date at the time of ordering. Carriers vary depending on the type of goods. All shipments are trackable. Upon dispatch, a tracking code is provided, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment 24/7.

UPPER-FLOOR DELIVERY Delivery to upper floors is available at an additional charge.

ORDER INSURANCE Upon request, it is possible to insure the purchased goods. This will incur an additional variable cost.

DETAILS ON EXTRA-EU SHIPMENTS Every order is accompanied by an invoice stating the price paid. This applies to all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a value different from the amount paid or to indicate that the shipment is a gift.

Customs costs (taxes, duties): shipments may be sent with duties payable by the sender (DDP) or by the recipient (DDU), depending on the destination country. In the case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries, VAT on the goods is not charged, but applicable local import taxes and/or customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are carefully packed and protected.
