Our 30-day return policy means that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ordini@bonannodresshome.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via dei Mulini 47, Misilmeri (PA) 90036, Italy.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at ordini@bonannodresshome.com.
How can I contact you for product support? If you have questions or need assistance regarding the products you purchased, please contact our Customer Service team by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com. If you would prefer to be contacted by phone, please specify this in your email and include your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible.
How can I make a return or exchange, and within what timeframe? If you are not satisfied with your order, you may choose to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or wish to exchange it for a different one (subject to stock availability), the return shipping will be at your expense and you will need to place a new order.
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to measure, personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, or may be damaged. Where a product on sale falls under one of the cases described in Art. 59 above, the Site will indicate this with the wording "Right of withdrawal not applicable" on the product page. Customers are encouraged to always check for this notice.
Items you intend to return must be in their original condition, properly packed and packaged. For shipping, please use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. If that is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the case of a non-conforming or defective product, you may exchange it for the same item, subject to stock availability, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service team by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.com within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. We will arrange collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all the necessary instructions. In the case of a voluntary return, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. In the case of a return due to a defect or non-conformity, the costs are borne by the Seller. Remember to include in the package a copy of the transport document, which will be sent to you by email by our Customer Service team, highlighting the returned products and the reason for the return.
How are refunds processed? Returning one or more products entitles you to a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. Only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product will Bonanno Home cover all shipping costs. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We will process the refund once we have confirmed that the package has arrived at our warehouse.
